![]() Here's the link to the forum in case anyone is curious. I have already asked for help on the main linux mint forum, unfortunately no fix I had been kindly proposed has worked. I think this is because the wireless chipset is so new that neither Ubuntu nor Linux Mint have support for it, yet. In my case Linux Mint does not detect the wireless card at all (it is as if it was not there). However, it is best for my job to have a dual partition and use Windows 10 occasionally, and Linux Mint 19 almost daily. The laptop came with Windows 10 preinstalled and it all works fine in that OS. ![]() I have an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw0xxx, HP model: 84E7 v: 99.16, with a Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter. I have a similar problem and would like to know your opinion. Thanks, that tip is useful and I will try it when I get back home tonight.
